issue you mentioned is expected behavior. Before, it might cause a ugly
situation if other threads retry deletion so deletion & creation will step on
each others's toe for a while
Yes, delete parent znode, and create parent znode might step in each others
toes, but currently createWithParents() will win. I think we should keep that
semantics.
