Thnaks for the patch Sergey.  Using readFully was the option that me and Anoop 
were trying to do.
But why did using read() fail when we are using Protobuf WAL and not during the 
Sequential WAL.

When you said Good EOF and Bad EOF what do you mean? Am not able to get the 
meaning of it? I can try out it my test cluster too. If it is working for Jimmy 
then its probably fine.
