In the trunk (0.97) the issue does not appear to be there whereas in the 0.95
branch the issue exists. In the trunk version it looks like someone noticed the
problem and fixed it in but didn't go in 0.95 to fix it as well. Not sure why
my patch works against trunk though, maybe the change is not even applied since
it doesn't match?
