To start this off, what are the different scenarios for MultiWAL. Some obvious
ones are
WAL per table
WAL per group of regions(what type of group ) can be decided by the user
WAL per CF? ( I think this is difficult to implement wrt atomicity per row
across CFs)
Any other use cases?
The default case will be one WAL per RS and one for META.
