Table rename is via cloning snapshot currently (so we rename the table this
way, pairwisely we update all mapped snapshots?)? How about the claiming is
that listing/deleting snapshot by table name is based on current table name
available?
For shorter cmd, how about "delete_table_snapshot"/"list_table_snapshot"?
