Fixed alter_rename_partition_failure.q negative test failure. The error message
should be:
"FAILED: Execution Error, return code 1 from
org.apache.hadoop.hive.ql.exec.DDLTask. Renamed partition does not exist in
default.alter_rename_partition"
instead of the previous
"FAILED: Execution Error, return code 1 from
org.apache.hadoop.hive.ql.exec.DDLTask. null"
