I don't think these failures a related to the patch.
For example,
http://ec2-174-129-184-35.compute-1.amazonaws.com/jenkins/job/PreCommit-HIVE-TRUNK-Build/3249/#showFailuresLink,
has the same TestMiniSpartOnYarnCliDriver failures. smb_mapjoin_8.q also
appears in other bot runs w/o this patch.
