OK. It makes sense and I will close the follow up then. 

I fixed the unit test failures and the other failures below seem unrelated.

[~jdere] Anything else I should check? (BTW: actually implicit conversion from 
timestamp to numeric type uses double including comparison, i.e., always in 
seconds too. I mentioned incorrectly below. ).
