+1, with one concern:
ReplicationTask.java.withTableNameMapping: ??It is expected that if the mapping
does not exist, and it throws an IllegalArgumentException, we will use the same
name in the destination as in the source.?? - Hopefully this means "if the
mapping does not exist *or* it throws an IllegalArgumentException". We don't
want exceptions in the regular code path.
