Simple patch to use a version of getDagStatus which waits, and returns once the
DAG reaches a final state.
[~prasanth_j], [~hagleitn] - please review.
I've split this out from HIVE-10157 since that depends on a 0.7 release of Tez.
The patch there will likely be similar. This is for the LLAP branch only though.
