Looks like 2 test failures are related:
org.apache.hive.jdbc.TestJdbcWithMiniHS2.testNewConnectionConfiguration
(HIVE-10309)
org.apache.hive.jdbc.TestSSL.testSSLFetchHttp (needs a jira?)
