Description:
3 tasks as a part of this refactor:
* Bump hbase version to 1.x
* Remove HIVE-6356 hack for counter class from configureJobConf()
* Make use of TableMapReduceUtil.initTableSnapshotMapperJob() instead of
manually redoing steps done in that method in configureTableJobProperties()
