I'm +1 on this patch, since what it's doing is essentially making sure that
ordering issues do not cause a problem. Ultimately, we should take on a task to
make sure that our test cases do not care about order if marked with some set
variable, and use that(like we sometimes do for os version or hadoop version),
since introducing blanket order-by actually changes the clause we might be
testing elsewhere. Tagging [~ashutoshc] to bring this notion to his attention.
For this patch, though, we should limit the scope of this, and get it in.
