In original patch, TimeStamp maps to Binary in Parquet. Related predicate
cannot filter not-matched row groups correctly. This is because the result of
comparing Binary does not equal the result of comparing Timestamp value.
Patch V1 use the new mapping in HIVE-10642, in which Timestamp is mapped to
Long.
Local test passed, with the patch of HIVE-10642 and PARQUET-247.
