[~Ferd] There is a duplicated patch for this on HIVE-10642.
We should be compatible with older files that still uses INT96 for timestamp.
The patch on HIVE-10642 addresses that, and also supports the new
TIMESTAMP_MILLIS.
I will set this as duplicate.
