Sounds good to me. I think release for Spark 2.3.0 is just starting -

Once that gets started I'll work on using {{InProcessLauncher}} in a new
{{SparkClient}}.
I'm going to close this JIRA for now, the comments and patch history are
already pretty long. The original intention was just an investigation, which I
think is complete since we have a plan going forward. I'll work on the
{{InProcessLauncher}} integration in another JIRA.
