Environment: (was: with improvements to HDFS ACL's in hadoop 3.0, hive
should, as part of replication also copy over the ACL's when copying files to
target warehouse. this would also mean setting the correct owner name and group
name
so setOwner + setAcl has to be done on the files copied.
