[~steveyeom2017] [~ekoifman] fyi, explain plan changes where 2 reducers with
GBY get collapsed into single reducer (and potentially some other reducer
changes) are valid changes due to HIVE-8367 (the code that enables better
reducer deduplication for ACID; the code was later moved in some other jira but
it's still there).
I'm marking the affected tests, and others I find with trivial updates, yellow
in the spreadsheet. I can update them myself if there's a branch or some other
way to coordinate :)
