I've pointed out when it was added that passing isBaseDir/isIOW flag everywhere
is error prone, and it is :P
MoveTask is run for IOW, but always passes in false for DP candidates search.
I'm сhanging the search to not depend on the flag, and removing it in some
places to avoid potential similar errors.
