I've put back the quotes. Actually I've removed them because I tried to execute
the file first from beeline shell, and it caused a problem there. Turned out
that the HiveSchemaTool first fixes the quotes if the underlying database is
mysql, so it's fine as it is without modification. See the attached patch.
