yes, it's a duplicate; I've bisected this failure to be caused by HIVE-18203
it doesn't seem like that ticket (HIVE-18464) have made any progress yet...I'm
pretty confident that "just" by opening tickets to "this tests fails" will not
solve the problems...because the test failures will not be handled by those who
broke them - if we doesn't start doing that ; there will be 2 kind of
contributors....those who push in features regardless of the results; and those
who will try to fix the existing codebase to pass the tests...
