Fix version mentions 1.3.0, but 1.3.0 release [does not
exist|https://issues.apache.org/jira/projects/HIVE?selectedItem=com.atlassian.jira.jira-projects-plugin:release-page&status=released&contains=1.3.0].
Can 1.3.0 fix version be removed?
