The following tests fail:
testListPartitionsAll: listPartitions(x, y, 0) returns no partitions with
directSQL but does return partitions in JDO
testListPartitionSpecs: same as testListPartitionsAll
testListPartitionsByFilter: listPartitionsByFilter is not case sensitive in
directSQL but is in JDO
testListPartitionSpecsByFilter and testGetNumPartitionsByFilter: same as
testListPartitionsByFilter
