Preliminary patch.
1) Need to test it on a cluster.
2) Need to see if I can test it in unit tests... maybe some tests added to
HIVE-18281, although I don't know if they create AMs/can create AMs.
Also this won't be committable without a Tez release that provides the
getClient API.
