Description: The test got fixed in
[HIVE-19060|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HIVE-19060], but the fix got
overwritten in an other commit, so the testAppendPartitionNullPartValues and
testAppendPartitionEmptyPartValues test cases are failing again.
