I've moved this part out from QTestUtil ; locally earlier I've made an
experiment in which I've used it from hive-jmh to performance test compilation
time ; altought that was only an experiment - I will probably continue with it
later.
I've removed the log&go exception handling during the setup of the fake
metastore; since those could also cause invalid perf results to appear.
I hoped that the reviewboard will pick up that I've moved the method from
QTestUtil to that new file...unfortunately no...
but rb is at: https://reviews.apache.org/r/66525/
