[~stakiar] for temp dir you could use /data/hiveptest/working/scratch. You can
still fetch findbugs into that folder and can clean it up later manually. If
downloading findbugs doesn't take a lot of time I'd recommend doing that (per
build) instead of depending on one installed on hiveptest-server.
