Description:
Replace all the deprecated new Job() with Job.getInstance().
was:
Some older version of new Job() seems not implemented properly, which causes
the following issue:

The expected result is (1,111,333,1,2) while the result is (1,2,333,1,2).
Replace all the deprecated new Job() with Job.getInstance().
