A basic 3 node infrastructure to test improvements is in place. In order to use
the test infrastructure make changes in the HIVE-19429 branch. Create a dummy
patch and submit the patch using a POST request to URL
http://35.199.162.129:8080/hive-ptest-3.0/api/v1/testStart Payload should
contain the profile which {{ptest-mr2.properties}}, the patch url and jira
name. The test handle could be of the form
{{Dummy-Precommit-Test-<unique_number>}}. I will start playing around
containers to see if we can run more batches in parallel using containers.
