I changed the hive.version.shortname.
I don't know about the storage api version, though. I see that branch-2.3 uses
the storage-api 2.4.0 version and branch-3 uses the storage-api 2.6.0-SNAPSHOT
version. However, I don't know if changing the storage-api module version will
conflict with the current development of storage-api branches, so I will keep
the 2.3.0-SNAPSHOT for now just to avoid any conflict.
Regarding the Oracle patches. I do not see them on the
hive-schema-3.0.0.oracle.sql either. Seems that patch was just added to the
upgrade scripts but on hive-schema scripts. This will require another JIRA to
fix to include the patch in master, branch-3 and branch-2 and branch-2.3.
I submitted another patch with the quick fix ov hive.version.shortname.
