{{HIVE-19465.03.patch}} contains regenerated q files. Changes seem fine (though
I created ORC-365 as we print unnecessary/incorrect info for timestamp column).
However, there are two tests that still fail:

org.apache.hadoop.hive.ql.io.orc.TestOrcFile.testZeroCopySeek

Problem seems to be at reading time for boolean type (value always false).
Reverting ORC-187 (which was pushed in 1.5.0) from release fixes those tests,
hence I am wondering whether this is a bug introduced by that patch or maybe I
need to change something in Hive side that I am missing.
