To properly remove TestMinimrCliDriver,
[https://github.com/apache/hive/blob/master/testutils/ptest2/conf/deployed/master-mr2.properties]
file has to be updated (remove miniMr property) in ptest2 which I guess would
need restart for reloading the properties file.
To get a test run, for now retaining the TestMinimrCliDriver but ignoring the
tests.
