What if there is a change in master which make changes in metastore but is not
targeted for 3.x release (i.e. targeted only for 4.0 release). We will need
upgrade scripts from 3.x to 4.0 in this case.
IMO we should add scripts for both 3.0 to 3.1 and then 3.1 to 4.0. We will keep
renaming 3.1 to 4.0 scripts with every 3.x release. This will preserve the
meta-store changes intended for 4.x only.
