The patch is reverted from master as the metastore scripts should be moved to
3.1.0 instead of 3.0.0 as 3.0.0 was already released.
Also, need to add changes to 4.0.0 related scripts as well. Refer HIVE-19323
for more details.
Please submit a new patch for both master and branch-3.
