Updated patch to fix failures, this patch also includes HIVE-19861 which was
responsible for many of the failures.
Simply updated the golden file for
TestMiniLlapLocalCliDriver.testCliDriver.mm_exim - looks like there's some
weird logic regarding table stats which is causing the stats to be 0 in the
import case.
