Observed while working on HIVE-19876.

Following two lists are equivalent:
{noformat}
default.tbl1:2:2:2: (hwm:2, minOpenId:2, openTxns:2)
default.tbl1:2:9223372036854775807:: (hwm:2, minOpenId:none)
{noformat}

However, {{checkEquivalentWriteIds}} will return false, i.e., not equivalent.
