I committed a few test fixes to the branch and merged again.
Looks like some out file changes are valid with new stats (e.g. mm_all).
[~steveyeom2017] can you double check? See the list from the last run for
CliDriver/etc tests, it's not that many tests now.
Unless one of my fixes broke something... but the old list should be good.
