The flaky test is actually for a master bug that is probably triggered by this
branch somehow (still looking):
"stats.StatsUtils: Column stats requested for : 2 partitions. Able to retrieve
for 3 partitions"
-Not sure why there should be more stats than requested, but this shouldn't
cause stats to become partial- actually nm, maybe they should be, the number is
supplied with the aggregate, and the compile side cannot just discard an extra
partition. AggregateStatsCache probably has some issue, or some phantom
partition is getting cached.
