a short comment about the offline discussed point about connection could be
created before the ha registry is initialized could be useful (hs2 transport
opens before registry start will allow direct connections). also can you plz
add test? TestActivePassiveHA has some tests that resolves service discovery
urls to direct urls which can be extended easily to add some tests.
looks good otherwise.
