[~akolb] current implementation makes external tables on source as managed
tables on target. This however is not something that makes sense for a lot of
production hive deployments currently. There is new work going to start very
soon that will replicate external tables on source as external tables on
target. We dont have jiras created for them yet but should be available soon.
