A patch. Mostly moves code around. Removes all ORC dependencies on LLAP and
moves 4 classes/interfaces to temporary location in hive-common, to be moved to
storage-api when it's there.
There's one more problem of what to do with hive-common pool dependency, I will
look at it separately
