Description:
* Removed obsolete hadoopVer from QTestUtil
* Cleaned up QTestUtil, QTestArgumentsBuilder
* Refactored AccumuloTestSetup, AccumuloQTestUtil due to findbugs violation:
(UR_UNINIT_READ_CALLED_FROM_SUPER_CONSTRUCTOR: Uninitialized read of field
method called from constructor of superclass)
