V3 still has these issues:
1. We are overriding QTestUtil and this means other *CLIDriver tests will get
messed up with (need to create either a new type in QTestUtil#MiniClusterType
and use if-else or create a new .vm/QTestUtil combination).
2. We are rebuilding mini HBase after each test - we should find the root cause
and fix it.
[~thejas] should we create follow-up jiras for these 2 so that work can get
started on fixing unit tests.
