Doc note: These are already documented in the HPL/SQL Reference.
* %ISOPEN, %FOUND, and %NOTFOUND are documented in
http://www.plhql.org/cursor-attributes.
* SYS_REFCURSOR is documented in http://www.plhql.org/data-types.
They will be added to the Hive wiki along with the rest of the HPL/SQL
Reference.
