Patch with
# fixes for testcases failed in the last run.
# checkstyle, findbug, javadoc notices from the last run
# fixes addressing Sankar's comments.
# fixes to avoid replicating stats for ACID tables and table converted to ACID
table on migration. There's a separate task to address that.
I have also updated PR. The first commit has some rebasing fixes. The later
commits are actual changes described above. [~sankarh], please review the
changes esp. in the new commits.
