I think the a solution candidate would be to introducing a TableRef object
which would contain the catalog/database/table name infos...so that these half
solutions could go away...
so instead of passing around "Strings" about {{dbName, tableName}} ; a single
TableRef could be passed; which could ensure that both the database/catalog
name is present everywhere - and its the correct one; because it would only
needed to be construct properly at some early stage.
