> Repro steps:
> - Create table
> - Load some data
> - Run merge so records gets updated and delete_delta dirs are created
> - Manually initiate minor compaction: ALTER TABLE ... COMPACT 'minor';
> - While the compaction is running keep executing the merge statement
> - After some time try to do simple select *;
