Another query which runs into same issue:

select q548284, CASE WHEN ((q548284 = 4)) THEN (0.8) WHEN ((q548284 = 5)) THEN
(1) ELSE (8) END from foo order by q548284 limit 1;

In this case {{IfExprLongScalarLongScalar}} expects its output column to be of
type Long but it is decimal. In first case {{IfExprColumnNull}} expects type of
its argument and output type to be same but it is LONG and DECIMAL respectively.
