Description:
Hadoop ShutDownHookManager calls "new Configuration()" inside if the parameters
are not provided as args.
This unzips jars & looks for the .xml files in the entire classpath.

Hive has its own impl of ShutDownHookManager, which has also history from the
hadoo one (added to code instead of shims).
