[~gaborkaszab] An external table can be converted to an ACID MANAGED table via 
an {{alter table}} query. To do so, alter table needs to change TBLPROPERTIES 
to set EXTERNAL=FALSE, transactional=true or 
transactional_propeties=insert_only, location=<location within managed 
warehouse>.
